Enjoy a spectacular day of sightseeing in Vienna beginning with a 60-minute Grand Tour of the Schonbrunn Palace and the palace gardens. The bus will then return to downtown Vienna for a one-hour guided sightseeing tour by bus which will give you an overview of many of the city’s most famous landmarks including the Ringstraße, Schloss Belvedere, Hofburg and more, followed by a one-hour walking tour through Vienna so you can visit many of the important historical sites not easily accessible by bus — Spanish Riding School, Burgtheater, Parliament, and City Hall among others. We will then enjoy a three-course lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Musikverein, home to the Vienna Philharmonic, for your guided tour. This is where the famous New Year’s Eve concert takes place that is broadcast worldwide. Following the tour, you will have some time to explore Vienna on your own before we reboard the bus to return to Eisenstadt. 20 person minimum required.
Enjoy a wonderful day exploring the Wachau Valley with a boat ride on the Danube River and stops in Melk to tour Stift Melk (Melk Abbey), Weissenkirchen and the medieval town of Dürnstein. Bus departs Eisenstadt hotels at approximately 7:00am and returns about 7:45pm. The package includes transportation, guide, guided tour through Melk Abbey, three-course luncheon menu at Wachauerhof Melk including salad buffet (excl. drinks), boat tour from Melk to Dürnstein. 20 person minimum required.
Budapest, the capital of Hungary, is a vibrant metropolis with about 1.7 million inhabitants. From its founding in 896 A.D. the area was originally three cities separated by the Danube River; Pest to the west, Buda to the east, and Óbuda to the North. In 1873 A.D., these three cities united to create the Hungarian capital of Budapest. During its history, Budapest has been captured by Tatars and Turks, was subsequently occupied by the multinational troops of the Holy Roman Empire, and later by Austrians, Germans and most recently the Russians from 1949-1991. Considered one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, Budapest also has 80 geothermal springs, the world's largest thermal water cave system, second largest synagogue, third largest Parliament building and the second oldest metro line in the world, the Millennium Underground Railway. Your day in Budapest will include these fascinating sites located on the east bank (Buda) and the west bank (Pest).
Experience a memorable evening of opera in St. Margarethen's Roman quarry, one of Europe's loveliest open-air stages, located just a short distance from Eisenstadt. The natural setting with its stunning rock formations serves as a spectacular backdrop for these opulent productions. Upon arrival, you will have a special backstage tour. After the tour and during the intermission, visit any of the onsite cafes to enjoy a glass of regional wine or other beverage, appetizing snacks, delicious desserts or warm meals. Bus departs hotels about 5:45pm for the 6:30pm backstage tour and 8:00pm performance. You should be back in Eisenstadt by 12:00am. Package includes transportation, ticket, and backstage tour. 20 person minimum.
NOTE: In the event of adverse weather, the St. Margarethen management reserves the right to delay the start of a performance or pause a performance. If a performance is canceled or interrupted before 45 minutes have elapsed, the ticket price will be refunded.

The smash-hit musical "MAMMA MIA!" returns to the Lake Stage Mörbisch in summer 2027 under the motto "All New," featuring a fresh set design and cast. While the production introduces a completely new look, the unforgettable ABBA hits, Greek flair, and German-language dialogue and lyrics will remain unchanged.
