The Festival is offered at the following cost depending on your enrollment category and your housing preferences. The basic fee listed below assumes double occupancy housing at Haus der Begegnung, Step-Gästehaus and Weinhaus Wagner for rooms without a/c.

• Chorus members - basic fee of $1,550
• Orchestra members - basic fee of $1075 with housing at Gastehauser Burgenland (Step-Gastehaus); other housing requires an upgrade cost. Contact Cathy Griffin for pricing.
• Observers (non-performing friends and family members) - basic fee of $1,650

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $50 if you register prior to the registration deadline of December 15 for orchestra, chorus, observers, and piano seminar participants. After the registration deadline, the registration fee is $100. This is in addition to your festival tuition.

The festival fee tuition includes all housing from the first evening of the Festival through the morning of the final day; daily breakfasts; several receptions, which include light food; bus transportation from the Vienna airport to Eisenstadt and return to the Vienna airport at the end of the Festival; local bus transportation and guided tours according to the official Festival itinerary; and all academic offerings of the Festival. There are optional day tours to significant historical sites, which are extra. The basic fee does not include air transportation to or from Vienna, which must be arranged by each Festival participant or observer. Each choral singer is required to bring a choral score of each of the works to the festival, as these are not provided. (Refer to the "Festival Repertoire" section for the choral editions used.)

• Gastehauser Burgenland (Step-Gästehaus) - Basic fee for double and single rooms without a/c.
• Weinhaus Wagner - Basic fee for double rooms without air-conditioning (Zweigelt and Weissburgunder); add $95 per person for double rooms with a/c (Blaufrankisch, Grüner Veltliner, Traminer, Rose Room). For the Einklang Natur Suite (with a/c), add $135 per person. For the Gewürtztraminer Suite (with a/c) which can sleep from 2-3 persons, additional cost is $295 per person for 2 people; $200 per person for 3 people.
  
• Karl Wirt Gastehaus - Single room housing with air conditioning; $150 for the 11 days for singers and observers; $295 for orchestra members
• Hotel Ohr - All rooms include air conditioning. Add $325 per person for standard double room and $325 supplement for a single room.
• Hotel Galantha - is offering a festival rate for their rooms until Dec. 1, 2024. They would require full payment at booking and the deposit is non-refundable. The room cost for 11 days would be EURO 1,925.00 for a double room and EURO 1,567.50 for a single room.  If you are interested in this option and have questions, contact Cathy Griffin.
• Haus der Begegegnung is not available for 2025 due to renovations and other facility changes.

IMPORTANT: There are a limited number of air conditioned rooms available so requests for air-conditioned rooms should be made early. For additional information about housing, please refer to the Accommodations section.

Payment

Once your registration is confirmed, the festival will email an account statement to you which includes a payment schedule. For those who prefer to make multiple payments, your account balance can be divided over several payments with due dates of Feb. 1, April 1, and June 1.
